Care Instructions

To keep your 24K gold-plated or rhodium-plated sterling silver jewelry looking flawless, always put pieces on last when getting dressed to avoid contact with lotions, perfumes, or hairspray. Remove them before showering, swimming, or working out to prevent sweat and harsh chemicals from prematurely wearing down the precious metal coating.

DAILY MAINTENANCE
• Gentle Wiping: After every wear, use a soft, dry, lint-free microfiber or the included jewelry polishing cloth to gently wipe away oils, sweat, and surface dust.
• Avoid Abrasives: Never use rough paper towels, tissue paper, or silver polishing creams containing harsh chemicals. Abrasives will scratch or strip the layer of gold or rhodium.

HOW TO CLEAN
• Soak: For a deeper clean, mix a few drops of mild dish soap with warm water. Soak your jewelry for 3 to 5 minutes.
• Scrub: Gently clean any crevices using a very soft-bristled baby toothbrush.
• Dry: Rinse with clean water and pat completely dry with a soft cloth. You can also use a hairdryer on the coolest setting to ensure no moisture is left in hidden links or settings.

PROPER STORAGE
• Prevent Friction: Store pieces individually in soft fabric pouches or compartmentalized, anti-tarnish jewelry boxes to avoid scratches from other metals.
• Control Humidity: Sterling silver naturally tarnishes when exposed to high humidity and air. Keep your pieces in a cool, dry place and avoid storing them in high-moisture environments like the bathroom.

REPLATING
• Maintenance Expectation: Both 24K gold and rhodium platings are surface treatments and will naturally wear off over time.
• Touch-Ups: Depending on how frequently you wear the item, plan to have your rhodium-plated or gold-plated pieces professionally replated every 12 to 18 months to restore their original mirror-like finish.
